WHAT: State Rep. Martina White (R-Philadelphia) will honor more than 100 local Vietnam veterans from Philadelphia with Vietnam Veteran Lapel Pins issued by the government to living U.S. military veterans who served during the Vietnam War. This event will be held to accommodate local veterans who could not attend a previous pinning ceremony.
